Dedicated to your Safety

dEDICATED tO yOUR sAFETY

While things have and continue to change rapidly with community health, we, at Cedar Hills Dental Center, are committed to staying up to date on current health and safety recommendations. It has always been our mission to provide the highest quality dental care in a safe, friendly, respectful and professional environment.

Infection control remains a top priority for our practice. We work diligently to maintain a high standard of infection control, as has been our practice for almost 40 years. Our infection control processes have been established so that when you receive care, you are protected and comfortable. Because safety is so vitally important, we will continue to add any necessary changes to our infection control practices to what we currently have in place. Some of the additional measures we have added to ensure optimal safety for you, our patients and staff are as follows:

  • We have hand sanitizer, located for your convenience, at various sites around the office. Please feel free to use the sanitizer upon entering and leaving.
  • We are happy to provide face masks for patients who wish to use them while seated in our reception area.
  • The reception area has been organized to accommodate social distancing and ease of cleaning, allowing us to keep surfaces clean.
  • Please leave any pens or clipboards that are used on the counter which allow us to disinfect them prior to another person’s use.
  • Our staff will be wearing their face masks, as an additional measure of patient safety.
  • When treating patients, we will continue to wear head covers, face shields, lab coats and gloves.

As always, all operatories and equipment are cleaned meeting current infection control standards. Instruments are sterilized and kept in sterile bags ready to be used at your appointment.

If you begin to feel ill or develop flu-like symptoms such as fever, body aches, fatigue, cough, GI upset before your scheduled appointment, please call to reschedule your appointment. We will be happy to schedule a new appointment when you feel better!

To make an appointment or to reschedule your appointment please call us at 952-544-2225. We look forward to seeing you and are happy to answer any questions you may have about your care or the steps we are taking to keep you safe in our practice.

Thank you for being our patient. We are honored you have placed your faith in us as we continue to provide dental care for you and your family. We greatly value your trust and look forward to seeing you soon.

Sincerely,
